“ If their managing chef can beat the legendary Bobby Flay you know your in for a treat. For a party of two we ordered the Lamb Korma, Shrimp Vindaloo, Large Rice, Garlic & Basil Naan bread and two large Indian Beers. Yum. Great service, super clean. Highly recommend. ”
“ This was a really great experience. Service was very nice, warm and welcoming. And the food delicious!! We had samosas with a lovely, creamy mint chutney followed by murg makhani, lentils, potato and the mushroom and pea curry. All perfectly spiced to our taste. We will be back for sure. ”
“ Food: Goan shrimp curry coconut gravy 10/10, super good. chicken vindaloo, samosa, goat cheese kulcha, malai tandoori chicken everything was very tasty, good portion and you can choose sides: rice, naan, potatoes, or salad. The children enjoyed all the food and mango lassi Service: did not rush us but were available Ambience: casual booths. No tablecloths hut very comfortable dining room. ”
“ We went here one night while on vacation in Oceanside . We were really impressed with the service & the food . We shared Chicken Tikka Masala - medium spice . This was so flavorful & good ! Just the right amount of spice . It was plenty to share with an extra order of basmati rice . We got the garlic Naan . This was really good too . Good fast service . If you are in the area this is great Indian food ”
“ This is the third Curry & More that we've tried, and they're all so good. The vegetable samosas were solid, albeit not as crispy as they could've been. The saag paneer was delicious. But the real treat was the murg awadi korma. So delicious. Prices aren't bad, either. I got the above order, via takeout, for $48. We ate most of it, but there's a little left for tomorrow. I should add: I like spicy food. Not red hot, but definitely kick. I got spice level 6/10 here and it was just right. So, I'd say they do a great job honoring spice specifications. ”
“ There's Indian food, there's good Indian food, and then there's Curry & More. Best of San Diego? Best of California! In its newest location, Curry & More holds down a prime spot in downtown Oceanside and is a must visit. Chef Obi is a second generation restauranteur and this spot holds up with fine dining in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Tokyo, and other international food hot spots. We'll be back! ”
“ Food: 5/5 Portions: 4/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Customer service: 5/5 Speed: 5/5 Price: $$ Outdoor seating: yes ADA access: yes Restrooms: yes Kid Friendly: yes Vegetarian options: yes Vegan options: yes Ambiance: casual Pros: outstanding customer service, delicious food, beautiful restaurant Cons: the proportions seemed off. The naan is huge (not complaining) but the bowls of rice seem relatively small. Still not a deterrent. I would absolutely come back. ”
“ I wanted to come here because of the Bobby Flay connection and because a friend was told that they have really good Chole Bhatture. The servers were very nice and friendly. Their British accent only made them nicer :) Each entree comes with two sides (could be a naan, rice, raita, etc). I got the pindi channa masala (which is the chole) and the Bhatture. My friend got the coconut chicken curry and garlic naan. The pindi channa masala was DELICIOUS! Perfectly cooked and seasoned, it reminded me of home. The Bhatture were just ok. I wanted the crunch with the softness on the inside but I think they were a little more crunchy than I usually like them. They weren't super oily which is a big thing for me. The coconut chicken curry would probably have been good, but I think its allure faded in comparison to the pindi channa masala. The garlic naan was good. The raita was also very very good! I would say the food rating is probably around 3.5 but I'm giving 4 stars for how nice everyone was. This is definitely my go-to place for pindi channa masala now! Parking can be tricky. Park in the first street spot you see! ”
